As a leader in cyber and national security, Mike works diligently to balance subject matter expertise in analytic tradecraft with the soft skills necessary to manage complex intelligence organizations with difficult missions.

Mike is enthusiastic about intellectual property rights protection and specializes in counterintelligence, due diligence, and supply chain risk management support to the National Security Innovation Base, emerging technologies, and the microelectronics industry.

As Vice President of Threat Intelligence for the Trustworthy Accountability Group, Mike oversees the digital advertising industry’s DHS-designated Information Sharing & Analysis Organization (ISAO). He also founded Andarta, which provides risk intelligence to the National Security Innovation Base, is an advisor to leading post-quantum security company QuSecure, and mentors with national security-focused start-up accelerators.

Previously, Mike served as the Senior Intelligence Officer for The Department of the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI), at various points overseeing talent management, strategic workforce planning, analytic tradecraft standards, intelligence management, and technology protection efforts. Mike, a former social worker and AmeriCorps volunteer, studied psychology and chemistry at Case Western Reserve University and later earned his M.S. in Applied Intelligence from Mercyhurst University.
