Luke is an expert in military intelligence, having served in the military from the tactical to the strategic level over the past 13 years. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in History, Political Science, and International Studies, and a Master’s degree in Intelligence Studies. He has experience with China, Russia, and counter-WMD operations.
