Kevin is currently an Adjunct Professor at Penn State University where he teaches continuing education courses in Foundations of Cyber Operations and Principles of Cyber Law and Policy. He also works for Sentar Inc., supporting Cyber Research & Development as a Principal Investigator / Program Manager. He previously served in the United States Navy as a Naval Flight Officer (NFO) conducting Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions in the CENTCOM, EUCOM and SOUTHCOM Areas of Operations.
Additionally, he deplored to Iraq as an Electronic Warfare Officer (EWO) supporting Counter Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) operations and finished his Active Duty service at the Joint Information Operations Warfare Center (JIOWX) in San Antonio, TX.
Kevin has also worked at Penn State’s Applied Research Lab (ARL) where he worked as a Research & Development Engineer focused on government research projects pertaining to Cyber Operations, Social Engineering and Reverse Engineering. He also earned his master’s degree in Cybersecurity, with a focus on Intelligence, in August 2016.
