Robin Lohman has worked in public safety for more than 25 years as a law enforcement officer,
paramedic, and firefighter. She has experience with civil unrest, mass casualty incidents, special
operations/rescues, and criminal investigations. Robin also has more than 20 years of
experience as a public safety instructor and is currently working as a law enforcement officer
and a SWAT Medic. She is also assigned to the civil unrest response team.
Robin has a Ph.D. in Criminal Justice specializing in crime trends/analysis. She also holds a
master’s degree in Intelligence Studies with specializations in drug cartels and drug and human
trafficking as well as a master’s degree in Forensic Psychology. Robin has also special interest in
researching the nexus between drug cartels and prison/street/outlaw motorcycle gangs and
their involvement with drug and human trafficking. She also speaks English and Spanish.
